Karis' Amenity Center will be built in phases over time. Phase I estimated completion by Spring 2025 includes a fitness center, parking and 2 swimming pools. Phase II will begin Fall 2026 and include the community building, pickleball courts, swimming pools and parking. Renderings are conceptual and subject to change without notice. 04/24
Planned Resident Events & Gatherings
The on-site, full-time Lifestyle Director for Karis plans an array of events that are perfect for residents of all ages - younger residents, the entire family, and adults only. Events range from various park activities to adult night outs, local attractions to resident clubs, and other activities at the planned Lifestyle Center. Most of all, events are exclusive to Karis residents (sometimes we like to invite friends from around town to join us!). Check our calendar for upcoming planned events.
